Please specify which service you’d like (e.g. Personal Shopping, Wardrobe Edit, Event Styling), and one of our Glowrish assistants will get back to you and arrange your complimentary 30-minute introduction call with Bianca.

The 30-minute call is designed to understand your goals. Whether you’re preparing for a special event, building a new capsule wardrobe, or refreshing your style. We’ll review your needs, inspirations, and timeline before confirming the service package that’s best for you. we recommend preparing photos of your favorite pieces or styles that inspire you.

Yes. You may rebook or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.

Bookings cancelled or rebooked less than 48 before the appointment incur a 75% cancellation fee.

48+ hours before the appointment: No charge. You may cancel or rebook freely.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment: A 75% cancellation fee will apply.
No-shows: The full fee will be charged.

Yes, Glowrish offers digital lookbooks, online consultations, and virtual wardrobe sessions. 

This service is ideal if you’re based outside London or prefer a remote experience. If you wish, we can even offer online personal shopping.

Personal Shopping sessions are based in London,UK with Bianca following a curated itineraries across boutiques, ateliers, and department stores. Event styling and wardrobe edits can take place at your home, hotel, or a private venue, depending on the service.

Yes, of course. All Glowrish services can be purchased as a gift experience. Many clients surprise. a loved one with an appointment and they will be presented with a beautifully designed voucher that can be sent digitally or by post. 

For wardrobe edits, we recommend preparing photos of your favorite pieces or styles that inspire you. For shopping or event styling, it’s helpful to share upcoming occasions, budget preferences, and any favorite designers or boutiques.

Yes. Every Glowrish lookbook is fully shoppable, with direct links to each recommended piece. You’ll receive an elegant digital guide featuring styled outfits, notes on how to wear them, and purchase links so you can shop with ease from anywhere in the world.

Yes, Glowrish serves a global client base. Digital lookbooks, virtual consultations, and styling sessions are available worldwide. For in-person projects, Bianca is available to travel internationally by arrangement.
